Amin Antulay Foundation (AAF)’s journey started in 2022 with the aim of supporting civil society’s most critical stakeholders - the communities, and more particularly the core of these communities - their women.
At AAF, our aspiration is to support families from low-income and marginalized backgrounds, to become financially resilient, by securing them from financial shocks and creating a corpus for their future.
By creating financial opportunity for such families, we hope we can achieve our goal of ‘equity for all, all for equity’.
Vision: Championing equity for all by moving the marginalized to the mainstream.
Mission: To empower the most marginalized communities so that they can drive the change that helps them break the cycle of multigenerational poverty.
We seek to tackle the most pressing challenges with innovative solutions and partners who are committed to positive change. We leverage strengths of diverse stakeholders and prioritize collective effort to achieve equitable and long-lasting outcomes for all.
We are committed to action and demonstrate a willingness to push boundaries and experiment as we navigate challenges. Our focus remains steadfast on long-term goals, even as the goalposts constantly shift. We are constantly seeking to learn, grow and improve towards our vision.
We strive to understand and address the needs of our communities and networks to foster genuine connections and build inclusive solutions. We seek to empower underserved groups with utmost respect and integrity while challenging our own biases.
We prioritize transparency and openness while acknowledging one's own freedom of thought. We embrace diversity and champion our team's well-being to create an environment where everyone can thrive. We also emphasize leadership development as investing in our people is key to achieving our mission.
